The article deals with the Spanish crown and its effort to conquer the Maghreb in the beginning of the 15th century. With great zeal and a Navel power and fleet, Charles V had determined to take over the major cities of the Maghreb, mainly those located at the coast of Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Meanwhile, the presence of the Ottoman Turks in the region had successively prevented the Spanish to take over and to conquer the Maghreb.

Woman’s work has become a necessity to overcome the hardships of life and to provide the well-being that any family aspires to. This has affected the mother’s relationship with her children and their academic achievement. Mothers usually play the role of the second teacher after school to raise their children’s academic achievement. However, as they go out to work, this mission became almost impossible, especially under the pressures women are going through with their work and their family obligations. Hence, this study aims to highlight some key points in the impact of woman’s work on school child and an attempt to identify the impact caused by the mother’s absence on the proper child’s education and upbringing as well as its consequences on his level and success at school.
A Massacre For Profit: The Annihilation Of El Oufia Tribe By French Colonial Forces In April 1832 As Seen By The Perpetrators

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية مجزرة قبيلة العوفية سنة 1832م على يد القوات الاستعمارية الفرنسية قرب مدينة الجزائر. وبينما غالبًا ما تصف المصادر الفرنسية الرسمية الحادثة بأنها "عقاب" على سرقة، يكشف هذا البحث عن دافعٍ أشدّ ظلمة: نهب الدولة الفرنسية لثروات الجزائريين. نفّذ الجيش الفرنسي، بقيادة الدوق دي روفيجو، غارة أسفرت عن إبادة شبه كاملة لقبيلة العوفية، بما في ذلك النساء والأطفال. وبالاعتماد على المذكرات الشخصية للجنود الألمان المجندين في الفيلق الأجنبي وتقارير بعض المسؤولين الفرنسيين، تُبيّن الورقة أن القبيلة كانت مسالمة و"فريسة غنية" في نفس الوقت. كما توثّق الورقة الإعدام المأساوي للشيخ الربيعة، الذي قُتل للتغطية على جرائم الاستعمار. في نهاية المطاف، فشلت المذبحة في بثّ الرعب في نفوس السكان، بل ساهمت في توحيد الجزائريين في مقاومتهم للاحتلال الفرنسي. This paper examines the 1832 massacre of the El Oufia tribe by French colonial forces near Algiers. While official French history often describes the event as a "punishment" for a robbery, this research reveals a much darker motive: the French State’s plunder of the wealth of Algerians. Led by the Duc de Rovigo, the French military carried out a razzia that resulted in the near-total destruction of the tribe, including women and children. By using the personal diaries of German soldiers in the Foreign Legion and the reports of some French officials, the paper demonstrates that the tribe was a peaceful, "wealthy prey." The paper also documents the tragic execution of Cheikh El Rabia, who was killed to cover up the military's crimes. Ultimately, the massacre failed to terrorize the population and instead helped unite Algerians in their resistance against colonial rule.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى استشكال ظاهرة "العودة" إلى فلسفة مفكري العهد السابق على سقراط، التي عرفت نشاطا معتبرا ومتزايدا في الدراسات الفلسفية المعاصرة، والدلالة التي ينبغي أن تحمل عليها في مشروع الفيلسوف والإبستيمولوجي المعاصر كارل بوبر. إن قراءة متمعنة في نصوص بوبر تكشف عن عودة واعية إلى التجربة الأيونية الرائدة، ومستلهمة للتقليد الفلسفي الذي أفلحت في إرسائه أول مرة في تاريخ الفكر الغربي، وهو التقليد الذي يلح بوبر على استحضاره راهنا وإرسائه في الممارسة العلمية المعاصرة؛ وذلك هو ما يوجه مناظراته لكبرى أطروحات الوضعية المنطقية. This article aims to interrogate the phenomenon of the "return" to the philosophy of pre-Socratic thinkers—a trend that has gained notable and growing attention in contemporary philosophical studies—and to explore its significance within the project of the modern philosopher and epistemologist Karl Popper. A close reading of Popper’s texts reveals a conscious revival of the pioneering Ionian experience, drawing inspiration from the philosophical tradition that was first successfully established in the history of Western thought. Popper insists on the relevance of this tradition today and its embodiment in contemporary scientific practice. This perspective underpins the foundations of his critical debates against the major theses of logical positivism
Digital Preservation Metadata Management As A Mechanism To Ensure Sustainable Access : A Field Study At The National Retirement Fund Archives (cnr) -oum El Bouaghi Algeria-

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع إدارة ميتاداتا الحفظ الرقمي في الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد (CNR) - وكالة أم البواقي. وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام أداتي المقابلة والملاحظة الميدانية، كشفت النتائج عن اعتماد المؤسسة الكلي على نظام (STAR)، مع تسجيل غياب لسياسات معيارية واضحة للحفظ الرقمي. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن استراتيجيات الحفظ المتبعة تقتصر بشكل أساسي على "النسخ الاحتياطي" بنسبة (50%) و"الترحيل" بنسبة (33%)، مع غياب تام لتقنية "المحاكاة". ورغم توفر بنية تحتية مقبولة (خوادم التخزين)، إلا أن الميتاداتا المطبقة لا تلتزم بالمعايير الدولية (مثل معيار PREMIS)، بل تعتمد على حقول وصفية ضمنية؛ مما يهدد أصالة السجلات وإمكانية عرضها على المدى الطويل. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني معايير الوصف العالمية وتدريب الكفاءات البشرية لمواجهة تحديات التقادم التكنولوجي This study explores digital preservation metadata management at the National Retirement Fund (CNR), Oum El Bouaghi agency. Using a descriptive-analytical approach with interviews and observation, the research reveals a reliance on the (STAR) system but a lack of standardized preservation policies. Strategies are limited to backup (50%) and migration (33%), ignoring emulation. Despite having robust infrastructure, the metadata applied does not adhere to international standards like PREMIS, relying on implicit fields. This endangers long-term record authenticity. The study recommends adopting global standards and staff training to mitigate technological obsolescence.

Le présent article se propose d’examiner dans quelle mesure les attitudes linguistiques peuvent influencer les comportements langagiers des locuteurs. Pour répondre à cette problématique, une enquête a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de 400 étudiants universitaires, afin d’analyser les interactions possibles entre représentations, attitudes et pratiques linguistiques. Cette étude s’inscrit dans une démarche visant à mieux comprendre la complexité des représentations sociolinguistiques, en tenant compte des contextes d’usage, des habitudes langagières et culturelles, ainsi que des spécificités de la population étudiée. Elle ambitionne ainsi d’apporter un éclairage renouvelé sur les dynamiques à l’œuvre dans les comportements linguistiques des étudiants universitaires.

Plusieurs études suggèrent que les personnes avec troubles du spectre autistique ont des difficultés à traiter les stimuli visuels ambigus (c.-à-d. quand le stimuli visuel ne comporte pas d’informations essentielles pour qu’il soit interprété d’une façon univoque, comme quand le stimuli n’a aucune signification apparente, ou peut-être interprété de deux ou plusieurs façons différentes). Dans le contexte d’ambiguïté visuelle, il a été montré que le cerveau doit faire appel à des connaissances sémantiques, mnésiques… etc outre les informations sensorielles disponibles dans le stimulus. En terme d’activité cérébrale, les études en neuro-imagerie ont démontré une augmentation de synchronie entre la région occipitale (visuelle) et les régions frontales et temporales (cognition de haut niveau). Pour mieux comprendre la cognition autistique en lien avec les situations d’ambiguïté, nous avons mené une étude expérimentale où nous avons enregistré l’activité cérébrale au moyen de l’électroencéphalographie de 15 sujets neurotypiques (Contrôles) et de 27 participants avec TSA (14 autistes et 13 Asperger) lors de traitement d’images ambiguës.
Etude Des Pratiques évaluatives Des Enseignants Universitaires Néophytes, à L’aune Des Taxonomies Cognitives

Résumé: Cette étude s'intéresse aux pratiques évaluatives des enseignants universitaires néophytes. Elle se focalise sur les pratiques évaluatives que ces derniers réalisent au terme de chaque semestre, essentiellement à leur capacité à concevoir des évaluations alignées sur les taxonomies cognitives, telles que celle de Bloom. Réalisée auprès de 283 sondés, l'enquête révèle que 89 % d'entre eux ne connaissent pas ces taxonomies, et 95,4 % ne les utilisent pas dans l'élaboration de leurs évaluations. Néanmoins, la majorité des sondés affirme couvrir les différents niveaux intellectuels des étudiants dans leurs examens. Ce paradoxe renseigne sensiblement sur le caractère intuitif des pratiques évaluatives des sondés. Ainsi que sur l’absence de référentiels établis en la matière chez eux. La formation à l’évaluation pourrait venir combler ce manquement. Abstract: This study examines the assessment practices of newly recruited university professors. It focuses on practices related to the summative assessment they conduct at the end of each semester, particularly their ability to design assessments aligned with cognitive taxonomies, such as Bloom's. Conducted among 283 respondents, the survey reveals that 89% of them are unfamiliar with these taxonomies, and 95.4% do not use them in developing their assessments. Nevertheless, the majority claim to cover the different intellectual levels of students in their exams. This paradox provides insight, on the one hand, into the intuitive and unconscious nature of the respondents' assessment practices. On the other hand, it highlights the lack of an established framework in this area.
Evaluation De La Formation Pédagogique Dispensée Aux Enseignants-chercheurs, Nouvellement Recrutés à L’ummto. Evaluation Of The Pedagogical Training Provided To Teacher-researchers, Newly Recruited At Ummto.

The study presented in this text is an evaluation of the educational support system provided to newly recruited university teachers at the Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou. It is limited to the evaluation of the first level recorded in the Kirkpatrick model. In other words, the evaluation of this educational support is based on the reactions of respondents, depending on whether or not they are satisfied with it, from several points of view. The results of the survey conducted among teachers newly recruited by the UMMTO show that the majority of them are satisfied with the pedagogical training provided by their employer, in order to help them better perform their teaching duties and to respond to the distinct imperatives of the teacher-researcher profession that they have undertaken Résumé: L’étude présentée dans ce texte, est une évaluation du dispositif d’accompagnement pédagogique prodigué aux enseignants universitaires nouvellement recrutés au niveau de l’Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi Ouzou. Elle se limite à l’évaluation du premier niveau consigné dans le modèle de Kirk patrick 1959. Autrement dit, l’évaluation de cet accompagnement pédagogique s’appuie, sur les réactions des enseignants nouvellement recrutés, selon qu’ils soient satisfaits ou pas de cet accompagnement à plusieurs points de vue. Les résultats de l’enquête attestent que les enseignants nouvellement recrutés par l’UMMTO, sont en majorité satisfaits de la formation pédagogique prodiguée par leur employeur, afin de les aider à mieux s’acquitter de leurs tâches d’enseignement, et de répondre aux distincts impératifs du métier de l’enseignant-chercheur, qu’ils ont entrepris.

Improving Listening Skills In Business-oriented Efl Contexts: Leveraging Multimedia For Proficiency Enhancement

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء فعالية استخدام تكنولوجيا الوسائط المتعددة في تعزيز مهارات الاستماع في سياق تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية الموجهة للأعمال في الجزائر. من خلال تصميم بحث نصف تجريبي، تم تعيين المشاركين عشوائيًا إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تحكم و مجموعة تجريبية. استهدف التدخل على مدى عشرة أسابيع تقييم التأثير المحتمل للتعليم المبني على الوسائط المتعددة على استيعاب المهارات الاستماعية والفهم. تم إجراء تقييمات قبل الاختبار و بعده لتقييم تقدم المشاركين بعمق في مهارات الاستماع. تمت معالجة البيانات المستخرجة من التقييمات باستخدام اختبار t للعينات المقترنة، وهو أسلوب تحليل إحصائي يُستخدم لتحديد أهمية الفروق بين درجات الاختبار قبل وبعد في كل مجموعة. تسلط النتائج الضوء على الإمكانيات الكبيرة لموارد الوسائط المتعددة كأدوات لا غنى عنها لرفع مهارات الاستماع في مجال تعليم اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية الذي يركز على الأعمال This study examines the use of multimedia technology to enhance listening skills in the context of business-oriented English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning in Algeria. It employs a quasi-experimental design, randomly assigning participants to control and experimental groups. Over a ten-week period, multimedia-based instruction is used to assess its impact on listening comprehension proficiency. Pre-test and post-test evaluations track participants' progress in listening abilities. Data from these assessments undergo paired samples t-tests to determine the significance of changes within each group. The results underscore the significant potential of multimedia resources as crucial tools for improving listening skills in the realm of business-focused EFL education.
Investigating The Integration Of Emotional Engagement Principles In Middle School Efl Reading Instruction: A Survey Of Teachers’ Awareness And Classroom Practices

Neuro-didactics positions emotion as a central biological driver of language acquisition. This study of 34 Algerian middle school EFL teachers reveals a “research–practice paradox”: strong belief in emotion’s role (M = 4.18, SD = 0.85) but limited training, with 85.3% reporting none. Although teachers adapt to students’ emotional states (M = 3.79), they struggle to find emotionally resonant texts (M = 3.16) within rigid curricula. Structural constraints such as overcrowding and time pressure further hinder deep learning, highlighting the need for evidence-based teacher education. تعتبر الديداكتيك العصبية (تعليمية الأعصاب) العاطفة محركاً بيولوجياً أساسياً لاكتساب اللغة. تكشف هذه الدراسة، التي شملت 34 أستاذاً جزائرياً للغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في الطور المتوسط، عن "مفارقة بين البحث والممارسة": حيث يوجد إيمان قوي بدور العاطفة (المتوسط الحسابي = 4.18، الانحراف المعياري = 0.85) يقابله تدريب محدود، إذ أفاد 85.3% من الأساتذة بعدم تلقيهم لأي تدريب في هذا المجال. وعلى الرغم من أن الأساتذة يتكيفون مع الحالات العاطفية للتلاميذ (المتوسط الحسابي = 3.79)، إلا أنهم يواجهون صعوبة في إيجاد نصوص ذات صدى عاطفي (المتوسط الحسابي = 3.16) في ظل مناهج دراسية صارمة. كما أن القيود الهيكلية، مثل الاكتظاظ وضيق الوقت، تزيد من إعاقة التعلم العميق، مما يسلط الضوء على الحاجة الملحة لتكوين الأساتذة بناءً على الأدلة والأسس العلمية. L’apport Du Recrutement Responsable Dans La Recherche D’éthique Professionnelle : Contribution à L’étude De L’expérience D’un Organisme De Service Public Spécialisé En Système D’information Documentaire

Le présent article consiste à montrer l’intérêt capital du processus de recrutement responsable et conscient, voir son lien étroit avec la recherche de l’éthique professionnelle. L’organisme à caractère de service public spécialisé en système d’information documentaire d’aujourd’hui constitue dans ce sens une terre de conduite de changement de production et de mise en valeur d’une culture commune ayant principalement comme objectif la recherche de l’excellence, du professionnalisme et des compétences dans ses multiples dimensions suivant l’approche managériale R.S.O. (Responsabilité Sociétale des Organisations). Cette dernière devrait investir dans ce sens la modernisation de son management de recrutement et ce afin de pouvoir répondre aux nouveaux défis et impératifs de la recherche d’éthique professionnelle. This article consists of showing the capital interest of the responsible and conscious recruitment process, seeing its close link with the search for professional ethics. The public service organization specializing in the documentary information system of today constitutes in this sense a land of change management of production and development of a common culture having mainly as objective the search for the excellence, professionalism and skills in these multiple dimensions following the R.S.O. (Corporate Social Responsibility). The latter should invest in this direction in the modernization of its recruitment management in order to be able to respond to the new challenges and imperatives of the search for professional ethics.
L’efficience De L’outil Informatique Dans L’étude Du Texte Littéraire

Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes intéressés à l’analyse de contenu qui s’appuie sur des méthodes et outils lexicométriques. Nous allons mettre l’accent sur le thème de la torture dans le roman de Yasmina Khadra « A quoi rêvent les loups ?» en se servant des procédures informatisées propres à l’analyse de contenu. Notre analyse comportera deux étapes : la première (étude thématique via les fréquences) et la deuxième (étude thématique via la concordance). Cette dernière nous permettra de mettre en lumière l’environnement thématique d’un mot-pôle « torture ». Nous parviendrons au terme de cette recherche de montrer que les occurrences révèlent un thème et le thème se manifeste dans une occurrence.

L’instrumentalisation De La Mondialisation Par Les Technoques De Communication

Cet article analyse comment l’instrumentalisation des technologies de communication favorise une mondialisation standardisée, en se concentrant sur son impact sur les entreprises. S’appuyant sur les théories sociologiques de philipe Bernoux et michael l’allemand, il explore comment les outils numériques homogénéisent les pratiques organisationnelles tout en renforçant les dynamiques de pouvoir globales. La problématique réside dans la question de savoir si cette standardisation efface la diversité culturelle ou encourage de nouvelles formes hybrides, comme le suggère michael decoster . L’objectif est d’analyser les stratégies des entreprises dans ce contexte, à partir de données qualitatives issues de la littérature académique. La méthodologie repose sur une revue comparative d’études de cas et de cadres théoriques. Les résultats montrent que, si les entreprises gagnent en efficacité, elles subissent aussi des vulnérabilités dues à leur dépendance aux systèmes de communication standardisés. La contribution réside dans la mise en évidence du besoin d’une approche équilibrée préservant les identités locales au sein des réseaux mondiaux. Des recherches futures devraient explorer les stratégies de résistance des petites entreprises.

Au cours de notre travail de suivi psychologique des sportifs, nous avons constaté une augmentation des cas de harcèlement sexuel dans le milieu sportif, notre volonté de faire remonter le problème aux responsables et de fournir des données et des statistiques sur le sujet dans le milieu sportif, nous avons étudié six cas de différentes spécialités sportives ayant été victimes de différentes formes de harcèlement sexuel. Nous avons utilisé l'approche clinique avec tout ce qu'elle apporte en termes d'observation, d'entretien et d'application de tests psychologiques. Cette dernière nous a permis de déterminer, d’une part, les caractéristiques du vécu psychologique de l’athlète fille victime de harcèlement sexuel en cas de déclaration et/ou de dissimulation et, d’autre part, l’impact sur l’avenir de la carrière sportive de la victime.
