This article addresses the complexity of online political debates, the often-scattered structure of which resists classical argumentative analysis frameworks. It introduces and conceptualizes an integrated analytical model, the Grammar of Argumentative Actions (GAA). This model is anchored in a sociological theory of action, drawing from Wittgenstein, Garfinkel, and Goffman, to break down argumentation into three interdependent competencies: descriptive know-how, which concerns the manner in which speakers construct a version of reality; positional know-how, through which they manage their own credibility (ethos) while targeting that of their adversaries; and relational know-how, which governs the management of the exchange's flow and the negotiation of the debate's rules. To demonstrate the operationality of this framework, rather than to validate it empirically, the model is applied to a qualitative analysis of three polemical discussions from an Algerian political forum. The detailed case study, focusing on the controversy surrounding the boxer Imane Khelif, illustrates how these three forms of know-how articulate. The analysis highlights a competition between different "problematizations" (geopolitical, legal, scientistic) and strategic uses of descriptive know-how, such as the use of a scientific lexicon ("XY chromosomes") to build an appearance of objectivity. In parallel, positional know-how is deployed through the performance of distinct stances (the expert versus the sage). The comparative analysis of the different threads suggests that the predominance of one form of know-how over the others depends on the social purpose of the debate. Thus, the discussion regarding Boualem Sansal, which pertains to an ideological confrontation, shows a domination of positional know-how, where the objective is less about describing facts than affirming an allegiance and disqualifying the adversary (e.g., via accusations of intent). The model thus reveals an oscillation between an identitary function (where alignment takes precedence) and a cognitive function (focused on establishing facts). In conclusion, this article presents the GAA as a heuristic tool that allows for moving beyond simple persuasive evaluation. The model offers a means of understanding how speakers concretely manage dissensus and negotiate their credibility within the digital public sphere. Future work could extend this framework to multimodal analysis or couple it with computational approaches.

Lire et Comprendre L’a-Fric De Jacques Fame Ndongo : De La Déconstruction A La Reconstruction Du Discours Littéraire
2-, 2017-06-10) Bissu, Rosine
The study of the influence of social practices on various writings is of great worthwhile analyzing literary discourses. Indeed, social practices are like omniscient, preceding, surrounding, and succeeding the text. Proposals on discourse analysis methods are therefore to be questioned once more regarding their statements as well as their application within texts.Hence the question to know how a text can suitably be analyzed nowadays, especially when the text referred to is particularly complex, anarchical, and difficult to grasp. That is the case withL’A-Fric of Jacques Fame Ndongo, a whole network of social connotations. This paper aims at contributing to an inclusive approach to analyzing literary discourses and their dynamics. It exposes how the discourse is built up and how its different constitutive elements function within the polysystem of the work. The study consists of presentation and examination of the pre-text, the text, the context, and the post-text, which all four build up the discourse and thus the different stages of discourse analysis. In brief, this article presents new findings and perspectives in the study of discourse producing and analysis, both theoretical and methodological. It is found out at the end that no discourse analysis can be done without fully considering these four stages, and also that their total integration by the linguist in his works is imperative to well grasp the message of the author

Abstract- Sociological discourse analysis shares many of the procedures of other social sciences. Yet sociologists differ greatly in terms of how they approach discourse analysis, thus leading to confusion and doubts regarding the scientific status of sociological discourse analysis. In this article Jorge RUIZ RUIZ attempt to clarify the methodological basis of sociological discourse analysis by differentiating it from other discourse analysis practices. To do so, Jorge RUIZ RUIZ examine what sociologists actually do when they analyze discourse, while focusing on the common elements and principles shared by the different approaches to sociological discourse analysis.
