الثقافة المقاولاتية في الجزائر وانعكاساتها على التعليم والتكوين: مقاربة سوسيولوجية

Abstract

This article aims to examine entrepreneurial culture in Algeria and analyze its impact on the education and training systems from a sociological perspective. The study highlights that entrepreneurial culture is not merely a set of technical skills but a system of social values and orientations that shape individuals’ behavior toward initiative, innovation, and risk-taking. The article also explores the role of public policies, educational curricula, university and vocational training, modern technologies, and globalized labor regulations in reinforcing this culture, while identifying the social and cultural constraints that limit its effectiveness. The study concludes that promoting entrepreneurial culture depends on the integration of education, policies, and legislation within a social environment that encourages youth initiative and innovation, contributing to sustainable economic and social development. يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة الثقافة المقاولاتية في الجزائر وتحليل انعكاساتها على منظومتي التعليم والتكوين، من منظور سوسيولوجي. يبيّن البحث أن الثقافة المقاولاتية ليست مجرد مجموعة مهارات تقنية، بل نسق قيم واتجاهات اجتماعية تؤثر على سلوك الأفراد نحو المبادرة، والابتكار، وتحمل المخاطر الاقتصادية. كما يوضح المقال دور السياسات العمومية، والمناهج التعليمية، والتكوين الجامعي والمهني، والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، والتشريعات التدويلية في ترسيخ هذه الثقافة، مع تحديد القيود الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تحد من فعاليتها. ويخلص البحث إلى أن تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية يعتمد على تكامل التعليم، والسياسات، والتشريعات، مع بيئة اجتماعية تشجع الشباب على المبادرة والابتكار، بما يسهم في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة.
