نظرة عن اقتصاد الدولة العثمانية بين القرنين: 14-20م

Abstract

إن دراسة التاريخ الاقتصادي لأي منطقة أو بلد من البلدان من الأهمية بمكان، ومن ذلك التاريخ الاقتصادي للدولة العثمانية، ولدول أوربا الغربية في العصور الحديثة المعاصرة؛ ولذلك نجد أن الكثير من الباحثين والمؤرخين ما فتئوا يهتموا بهذا الأمر؛ ذلك أن فهم صعود الدول وارتقائها، ومن ثم أفولها، لا يتم استيعابه وفهمه بدراسة التاريخ السياسي لوحده، دون الالتفات لباقي لمجالات الحياتية الأخرى بما في ذلك الجانب الاقتصادي. يتناول المقال، وبشكل مختصر؛ النظم الاقطاعية في الدولة العثمانية قبل سنة 1453، ثم يعرج على الفترة الحاسمة، وهي القرن السادس عشر، لأتناول بعد ذلك، نظام الروح التجارية "الماركنتيلية"، وأخيرا التعرض لمرحلة الإصلاحات والتنظيمات خلال القرنين 18-19م. The study of the economic history of any region or country is of great importance, including that of the economic history of the Ottoman Empire and the countries of Western Europe in Modern and contemporary times; Therefore, we find that many researchers and historians have been interested in this matter. This is because understanding the rise of states, and then their decline, cannot be absorbed and understood by studying political history alone, without paying attention to the rest of the other areas of life, including the economic aspect. The article deals briefly with the ottoman feudal system prior to the year 1453, and then retrace the sixteenth century period as an important and decisive in the development of the most important commercial spirit "the Mercantilism", and finally exposes the various reforms of 18-19 centuries.
