Abstract

تساهم وسائل الإعلام الجماهيرية في انتقال الأفكار والمعلومات وقد سارع التطور التكنولوجي في تطوير هذه الوسائل وتسريع بثها وتكثيف نشاطها من خلال البرامج والتطبيقات الحديثة التي استفادت منها. فهي تقوم بنقل المعلومات والأحداث والممارسات الجديدة من مصادر حدوثها في بث حي أو مسجل، إلى الجمهور أو المستقبلين لهذه الرسائل. إذن أصبحت لهذه الوسائل أهمية كبيرة في حياة الناس اليوم، من خلال قدرتها على التأثير على الجمهور المتلقي بحيث تختلف درجة تأثير كل وسيلة على حدة، انطلاقا من خصوصيتها ومميزاتها التي تحظى بها، إذ أصبحت هذه الوسائل تخترق جميع المجالات الحياتية والعملية. فالتلفزيون يقدم من خلال قنواته المتعددة مجموعة من المضامين والمحتويات التي تطرح قضايا مختلفة ومواضيع عديدة تهتم بشؤون الفرد والجماعة على حد سواء. و لها دور كبير في تشكيل الوعي والمعارف والثقافات واكتساب المهارات الجديدة لدى الأفراد. فهي تجذب المشاهدين من برامجها المتعددة والمتنوعة والتي تبهر الجمهور بالصورة والصوت والديكورات المختلفة، وقد لوحظ ظهور برامج مختلفة خاصة بالطبخ والمرأة، في مختلف القنوات والتي تساعدها على تطوير ذاتها وتعزيز مكانتها داخل الأسرة. فبرامج الطبخ أصبحت لا تعد ولا تحصى لكثرة انتشارها في القنوات التلفزيونية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. سنوضح من خلال المقال التالي المكانة التي أصبحت تحتلها برامج الطبخ في بيوت الأسر الجزائرية ومدى تأثير هذه البرامج على المتلقي من خلال ما تستعمله هذه القنوات من وسائل الإقناع والاستقطاب.
