Item مكتبات الغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، بين خلفيات التأسيس والأبعاد الحضارية(مجلة المفكر جامعة الجزائر2- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-12-21) سفيان صرصاق; بلال ساحلييعد ظهور المكتبات ببلاد الغرب الإسلامي دليل هام على تلك المكانة الراقية التي كانت تمثلها هذه المؤسسة العلمية الهامة لدى الطبقة الحاكمة والمجتمع معا في مختلف أرجاء البلاد، نظرا لدورها البارز في دفع عجلة الحركة الثقافية والمحافظة عليها، وهو ما توقفنا عليه تلك الإسهامات الجيدة في مكتبات القيروان وتيهرت وتلمسان وقرطبة، لذا تم جلب مختلف المؤلفات، بغرض تعزيز رصيدها المعرفي تحت إشراف أهل الاختصاص، وبرعاية من الأمراء الذين كانوا على دراية واهتمام كبيرين بالعلماء ومؤلفاتهم، الأمر الذي أدى إلى ظهور ذلك الكم الكبير من الكتب في مختلف العلوم التي زينت رفوف المكتبات، نافست باقي مكتبات حواضر البلاد الإسلامية في العصر الوسيط The emergence of libraries in the countries of the Islamic West is an important evidence of the high status that this important scientific institution represented among the ruling class and society in various parts of the country, due to its leading role in the advancement and preservation of cultural heritage movement. This is what led us to the good contributions in the libraries of Kairouan, Tahert, Tlemcen and Cordoba, which is why various works were brought, with the aim of strengthening their stock of knowledge, under the direction of specialists and with the sponsorship of very competent princes interested in scholars and their writings. Which led to the emergence of a large number of books in various sciences that decorated the shelves of libraries, It rivaled the rest of the libraries of Islamic countries in the Middle Ages..Item العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الدولة الأموية والدولة البيزنطية(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ- كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2024-12-29) مخلوف النقبي محمد راشديستعرض هذا البحث العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الدولة الأموية والدولة البيزنطية في سياق تاريخي معقد يتسم بالتحديات الدينية والسياسية والعسكرية التي أثرت على طبيعة التفاعل بين الدولتين؛ ويهدف البحث إلى تحليل الأسس التي قامت عليها هذه العلاقات، والتعرف على الأدوات والوسائل الدبلوماسية التي استخدمتها الدولتان لتحقيق مصالحهما وسط التوترات والصراعات المستمرة، حيث يتناول البحث أبعاد العلاقات الثنائية بما في ذلك الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات التي أبرمت بينهما، وأثر تلك العلاقات على التطورات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية في كلا الدولتين، ويستند البحث إلى منهجية تحليلية نقدية تسلط الضوء على الجوانب المختلفة لهذه العلاقات، وتقدم إطارًا نظريًا لتفسير تأثير الدبلوماسية القديمة على الديناميكيات الدولية في تلك الحقبة، ويهدف البحث إلى تعميق الفهم التاريخي للعلاقات الدولية بين القوى المتنافسة في العصور الوسطى، وإظهار أهمية التعاون والتواصل بين الدول لتحقيق الاستقرار رغم اختلافاتها العميقة. This research examines the diplomatic relations between the Umayyad State and the Byzantine Empire within a complex historical context marked by religious, political, and military challenges that influenced the nature of interactions between the two states; the study aims to analyze the foundations of these relations and to explore the diplomatic tools and means employed by both states to secure their interests amidst ongoing tensions and conflicts. The research delves into the various dimensions of bilateral relations, including the agreements and treaties established between them, and assesses the impact of these relations on the political, economic, and social developments within both states. This study employs an analytical and critical approach to highlight the multifaceted aspects of these interactions, offering a theoretical framework to interpret the influence of ancient diplomacy on international dynamics during that period.
