Item مختارات من المخطوطات العربية في مكتبة جامعة لايبزغ الألمانية دراسة وصفية(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-01-01) عزوزي، عبد الصمدتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض المخطوطات العربية الموجودة في مكتبة جامعة لايبزغ الألمانية، والتعريف بها، حتى يتسنى للباحثين والدارسين الوقوف على نوعية المخطوطات المحفوظة بها، وحثّهم على تحقيق ما لم يُحَقَّق منها، ونشرها وإخراجها للباحثين وطلبة العلم. فما هو واقع هذه المخطوطات العربية؟ وما هو حجم التراث المخطوط الذي تحتويه هذه المكتبة؟ وما هي فائدتها العلمية؟ Abstract: This study aims to highlight and publicize some Arabic manuscripts in the Library of the University of Leipzig, so that researchers and scholars can identify the quality of the manuscripts preserved in them, and urge them to achieve what has not been achieved, publish them and direct them to researchers and students of science. What is the reality of these Arabic manuscripts? How big is the manuscript heritage of this library? Abstract: The subject of the study deals with the introduction of a rare manuscript Al Musstamlah Min Kitab Al Takmila marked with a hamdwriting by the historian Imam Al Dhahabiwhish was one of the most recent finds in the shelves of the Algerian National library.It is considered a treasure trove of unique” precious” treasures, and was recorded in the world’s memory of UNESCO in 2017 as to recognize its prestigious heritage status. اItem نماذج من عقود المحكمة الشرعية في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني(2022-12-29) خيراني, ليلىThe manuscript is an important relic kept by libraries, and it is a guide to the history of nations and their journey through time, in different fields, political, economic, and civilizational in its broadest sense. There is no doubt that the study of the science of manuscripts draws attention to the precise technical rules that must be adopted to discover this enormous quantity of manuscripts that our country stores and that are kept in different places. In this article, we have chosen the document “’Uqûd”, which gathers traditions recorded in a medium-sized booklet of twelve sheets. This manuscript is kept in the Department of Manuscripts of the National Library of Algeria. We will try to identify its content, the subjects related to our deep history, and the importance of the study of this manuscript in the recent period of the history of Ottoman Algeria.
