Item قانون النظام العام للثورة الجزائرية (1954-1962)من خلال مواثيقها(مجلة المفكر جامعة الجزائر2- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-06-04) عالم مليكةنحاول في هذه الدراسة والبحث الكشف عن مضان قانون النظام العام للثورة التحريرية الجزائرية خاصة النظام التشريعي ، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مبادئها، ومدى حنكة وتدبر المساهمين في إعدادها من القادة الثوريين الأوائل ، الذين تطلق عليهم سلطات الاحتلال أسماء وصفات باتت قانونية لدى إداراتها العسكرية والمدنية على غرار أسماء الفلاقة والإرهابيين والمخربين والمتمردين ، والخارجين عن القانون..الخ، و دورهم في خوض غمار المعركة القانونية على كافة الأصعدة الداخلية منها والخارجية وعلى منابر الأمم المتحدة ، دعما للمسار الدبلوماسي لبلوغ الهدف الاسمى من الثورة وهو تحقيق الاستقلال والحرية In this study and research, we try to reveal the fluorescence of the law of the legislative and judicial system of the Algerian liberation revolution, by shedding light on its principles, and the extent of the sophistication and management of the contributors to its preparation from the first revolutionary leaders, who are called by the occupation authorities names and qualities that have become legal in their military and civilian administrations, such as the names of FalaGa, terrorists, saboteurs, rebels, and outlaws. etc., and their role in fighting the legal battle at all internal and external levels and on the platforms of the United Nations, in support of the diplomatic path to achieve the ultimate goal of the revolution, which is to achieve independence and freedom.
