Among the most notable crafts were shipbuilding, milling, woodworking, leatherworking, and textile production, transforming these materials into finished products such as clothing and bedding. Workshops for pottery, metal smelting, and the transformation of metals into tools, jewelry, utensils, and statues were also widespread. The Qal'a was renowned for its mosaic and zellij workshops, as well as other essential products for the Hammadi community's daily life. Among the Maliki jurists of the central Maghreb, I cite Abū Ğāʽfar al-Dāwudī, who wrote several works in various fields, whose resonance spread across various Islamic countries. Thus it became a reference for scholars and jurists of Hadīth and l-fiqh, such as Ibn Qurqūl al-ḥamzī, al-Wansharīsī and Ibn Hajar Al-‘Asqālânī. Since the scholars of the Central Maghreb are part of my concerns, I wanted to study al-Dāwudī and his writings. First of all I presented this scholar and his Masters (Sheikhs) to refute the saying issued by the faqīh of Qayrawāne: «Shut up, you have no Sheikhs», and to affirm that he was not an autodidact, and that the diversity and richness of his writings confirm the presence of his Sheikhs. Then, I cited his disciples to finally examine his edited books, such as al-Amwāl, and the lost books, such as Al-NaṢīḥa .Due to his wealth of knowledge in various fields such as tafsīr, Hadīth, etc., and his scientific skills, many ancient and contemporary scholars have praised his seriousness and mastery of various sciences. During the fifth century AH / eleventh century AD, the Central Maghreb witnessed great economic and cultural development, which was clearly reflected in most of its important cities, which had important roles at that time, including the city of Asher, which enjoyed a central location in the middle of the Central Maghreb in the Titari Mountains, and all of that. Thanks to the paths, paths and trade routes that connect to it from several sides, which contributed to its economic and cultural development since its founding in the year 324 AH / 936 AD, and this appeared clearly at the beginning of the 5th century AH / 11 AD, and this was an inevitable result of the communication and movement of people of various segments and positions, including scholars, jurists and merchants. Travelers and people of power and prestige... from the furthest and lowest metropolises from all sides and regions, especially the central Moroccan metropolis, and its connectionto the north with several cities, metropolises and centers such as Medea, Miliana, Tennis, Hamza Market, Beni Mezghna Islands, Marsa Al-Dajj..., and other metropolises overlooking the sea. In addition to its connection to Beni Hammad Castle, southern Sahara, Sudan, and so on, which made it an economic center, a point of contact for commercial caravans, and the intersection of various routes and trade routes between different regions, .making it an important market in which various goods are sold
