Item العزوبة الاختيارية وعلاقتها بالتغير الاجتماعي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء في الوسط الحضري الجزائري(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2025) سني، خديجة; Senni, Khadidja; سعدو، حورية(مدير البحث)تطرقت هذه الدراسة الى موضوع العزوبة الاختيارية و علاقتها بالتغير الاجتماعي الذي أثر على مؤسسة الزواج والقيم والمفاهيم المرتبطة به خصوصا عند الفتيات في المجتمع الجزائري أين تم تناول إشكالية البحث التي جاءت كتساؤلات حول هل هذه العزوبة هي اختياريّة ام اجبارية، وما مدى التغيّر الّذي مسّ الزواج ومفهومه وكيف تجلّى هذا التغيّر. كما تم التطرق وبالتفصيل الى العوامل التي ساهمت في بروز ظاهرة العزوبة من تعليم الفتاة وعملها وتأخير سن الزواج. تم طرح موضوع البحث في خمس فصول تناولت بالترتيب الجانب المنهجي،التغيرالاجتماعي و الزواج ،الزواج ماهيته و نظرياته و أساليب الاختيار،العزوبة ،تاريخيا ،دينيا و اجتماعيا في الأخير الدراسة الميدانية و تحليل الفرضيات ، استنتاج عام ،ثم خاتمة و توصيات للدراسة . This study addresses the topic of voluntary celibacy and its relationship with social change, particularly its impact on the institution of marriage and the associated values and concepts, especially among young women in Algerian society. The research problem is explored through questions such as: Is this celibacy voluntary or imposed, To what extent has marriage and its concept changed, and how has this change manifested,The study also delves into the factors that have contributed to the emergence of celibacy, including the education and employment of women and the delay of marriage age. The research is structured in five chapters, which sequentially cover the following aspects: methodology, social change and marriage, the nature and theories of marriage, marriage selection methods, a historical, religious, and social perspective on celibacy, followed by a field study, hypothesis analysis, general conclusions, and finally the study's recommendations.Item المجتمع البدوي بين السلطة التقليدية والسلطة الرسمية دراسة ميدانية ببلدية الشارف ولاية الجلفة(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2025) مسلم، محمد يحي; Messellem, Mohammed Yahia; مشتة، ياسين(مدير البحث)يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد التحولات التي طرأت على المجتمع البدوي في الجزائر خاصة في ما يتعلق بالسلطة التقليدية، التي لا تزال تؤدي دورًا في حفظ الاستقرار الاجتماعي رغم التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وقد أدى تقلص الترحال واتجاه البدو نحو الاستقرار إلى تراجع الاعتماد على السلطة التقليدية لصالح السلطة الرسمية، نتيجة عوامل متعددة كالتعليم الصحة، الإعلام، التغير في النشاط الاقتصادي وتقريب الإدارة من المواطن عبر إنشاء البلديات ومراكز الأمن وباقي المؤسسات الرسمية، ورغم هذا التحول لا تزال السلطة التقليدية قائمة وفعالة عند الحاجة، بفضل استمرار قوة روابط القرابة والعصبية. This study aims to analyze the transformations that have occurred within nomadic society in Algeria, with a particular focus on traditional authority, which continues to play a role in maintaining social stability despite economic and social changes. The decline of nomadism and the gradual transition of nomadic populations toward sedentarization have led to a reduced reliance on traditional authority in favor of formal state authority. This shift can be attributed to several factors, including access to education, healthcare, and media, changes in economic activities, as well as the state's efforts to bring administration closer to citizens through the establishment of municipalities, security posts, and other official institutions. Nevertheless, despite this evolution, traditional authority remains present and effective when circumstances require it, owing to the enduring strength of kinship ties and tribal solidarity
