Item روح المقاول والتنمية المستدامة بالجزائر : دراسة لعينة من المقاولين بالجزائر العاصمة(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) نشنش، فتيحة; Necheneche, Fatiha; بوسعادة، رشيد(مدير البحث)مع التحولات التي مست السياسة الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية نما القطاع الخاص و برز الفرد الحامل لفكر المقاولة و كانت فرصة لإنشاء المؤسسات . و مع تطور الفكر التنموي ظهرت فكرة التنمية المستدامة التي اقتحم مفهومها عالم المؤسسة التي أصبحت مطالبة بالتوفيق بين أهدافها الاقتصادية و المتطلبات البيئية و الاجتماعية كشرط لتحقيق نموها و ضمان بقائها. من هنا يتجلى دور المقاول في ضرورة إدماج أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في تسيير مؤسسته التي لا يقاس نجاحها بمدى ما تحققه من ربحية اقتصادية , بل أيضا بمدى ما توفره من عوائد اجتماعية و بيئية. و عليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين دور الوازع الديني للمقاول في استشعاره لمسؤوليته الاجتماعية, و بالتالي المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. و من ثم الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس المطروح" هل يمكن أن يكون للالتزام الديني للمقاول دور في تحمل مسؤوليته الاجتماعية مما يدفعه لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟" With transformations affecting social and economic policy the private sector grew and the individual bearing the idea of entrepreneurship emerged and it was an opportunity to establish institutions. With the evolution of developmental thought, the idea of sustainable development emerged and broke into the world of the enterprise, which became required to reconcile its economic goals with environmental and social requirements as a condition for achieving its growth and ensuring its survival. From here, the role of the contractor is evident in the need to integrate the dimensions of sustainable development into the management of his enterprise, whose success is not measured by the extent of the economic profitability it achieves,but also by the extent of the social and environmental returns it provides. And this study came to show the role of religious faith of the contractor in his sense of social responsibility, and thus contribute to the achievement of sustainable development. And then answering the main question,"Does the contractor's religious commitment contribute in assuming his social responsibility,which drives him to achieve sustainable development?"Item أسس ومقومات إعداد وتفعيل الاستراتيجية السياحية(جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله université alger2, 2022-09-01) مشتة: The planning, development and management of tourism is part of the sustainable development strategies of the state. This is for the protection and optimal economic uses of the human natural environment in the host area, And the optimal exploitation of natural resources as natural materials that must be invested in as an alternative economy in the tourism industry sector, for tourism is a civilized marketing tool for the state. It enhances the national output, and accordingly, how can tourism services be developed by applying effective plans and strategies to raise their efficiency?Item التنمية المستدامة ومجتمع المعرفة(Algiers 2 University Abou El kacem Saadallah جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2016) بويحياوي, صبرينةعرف مفهوم التنمية المستدامة في الآونة الأخيرة، اهتماما متزايدا، مؤكدا على ضرورة تقنين السلوك تجاه البيئة، رافقه نشر وإشعاع الوعي بأهمية العلاقة المتبادلة بين الإنسان ومحيطه الطبيعي استدعى انتقال المجتمعات المعاصرة إلى عتبة عصر جديد أصبحت فيه المعرفة محصلة مزج بين تقانة عالية وقدوة إنسانية متطورة، أين يتقاطع فيه كل من الرأسمال الفكري، إسهامات التكنولوجيا والاقتصاد المعرفي خاصة مع التنامي المتزايد للمعرفة، والذي تريد من خلاله الدول رفع الإنتاج وتحقيق التنمية، مما يستدعي زيادة الطلب على اليد العاملة المؤهلة تكنولوجيا وتقنيا، إضافة إلى ذلك ما توفره خدمة شبكة الانترنت في النشر الإلكتروني للمعرفة من خلال التفاعل الفوري بين الإنسان والآلة وأساليب البحث المباشرة وغير المباشرة لضمان الدخول الذكي في حلقة المعرفة التي تمهد الطريق لبلوغ مجتمع المعرفة.
