Item روح المقاول والتنمية المستدامة بالجزائر : دراسة لعينة من المقاولين بالجزائر العاصمة(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) نشنش، فتيحة; Necheneche, Fatiha; بوسعادة، رشيد(مدير البحث)مع التحولات التي مست السياسة الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية نما القطاع الخاص و برز الفرد الحامل لفكر المقاولة و كانت فرصة لإنشاء المؤسسات . و مع تطور الفكر التنموي ظهرت فكرة التنمية المستدامة التي اقتحم مفهومها عالم المؤسسة التي أصبحت مطالبة بالتوفيق بين أهدافها الاقتصادية و المتطلبات البيئية و الاجتماعية كشرط لتحقيق نموها و ضمان بقائها. من هنا يتجلى دور المقاول في ضرورة إدماج أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في تسيير مؤسسته التي لا يقاس نجاحها بمدى ما تحققه من ربحية اقتصادية , بل أيضا بمدى ما توفره من عوائد اجتماعية و بيئية. و عليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين دور الوازع الديني للمقاول في استشعاره لمسؤوليته الاجتماعية, و بالتالي المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. و من ثم الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس المطروح" هل يمكن أن يكون للالتزام الديني للمقاول دور في تحمل مسؤوليته الاجتماعية مما يدفعه لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟" With transformations affecting social and economic policy the private sector grew and the individual bearing the idea of entrepreneurship emerged and it was an opportunity to establish institutions. With the evolution of developmental thought, the idea of sustainable development emerged and broke into the world of the enterprise, which became required to reconcile its economic goals with environmental and social requirements as a condition for achieving its growth and ensuring its survival. From here, the role of the contractor is evident in the need to integrate the dimensions of sustainable development into the management of his enterprise, whose success is not measured by the extent of the economic profitability it achieves,but also by the extent of the social and environmental returns it provides. And this study came to show the role of religious faith of the contractor in his sense of social responsibility, and thus contribute to the achievement of sustainable development. And then answering the main question,"Does the contractor's religious commitment contribute in assuming his social responsibility,which drives him to achieve sustainable development?"Item الـمُثقف والسياسي في الجزائر المعاصرة(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2025) رباش، سفيان; Rebbache, Sofiane; بوسعادة، رشيد(مدير البحث)ثُنائية المثقف والسياسي ثنائية مُلتبسة، مُتباينة في أكثر صورها وتمظهراتها، وبولوجها تتمدد الإشكالية وتستمر في تساؤل عن الصور والكيفيات التي تمظهـرت في ظلها والمضامين التي أنتجتها في الجزائر المعاصرة؟ وعبرها تتزاحم مساحات التنازعية فتنبثق أسئلة فرعية تمس المسائل التي كانت مسـرحا لها مع ما تركته من فراغات تحاول ملئها عبر تلمس: ما بين المثقف والسياسي ومرئيات الصدام التكامل، فالمسالة الثقافية، ثم الوقوف عند مسائلها وميادينها من البائدة إلى المستجدة، من الاندماج والتجنيس والتجنيد والمدرسة الفرنسية في الجزائر، إلى المستجدة فنلج اللغة فسؤال الهوية، ثم مسألة الديمقراطية والحرية. لتنتهي الدراسة بنتائج لُمس فيها ركون المثقف أو الـ"سـي" الجزائري في بدائية الوجود، استمرارية الانشطارية وغلبة التكنوقراطي مقابل انكماشه إلى ركن ذليلي، أما الثنائية فقد أقصت المجتمع وعطلت تشكل سُبل بناء المثقف عامة والمثقف السياسي خاصة، مع بقاء مسؤولية المثقف قائمة بخصوص ثقافة سياسية جزائرية مشوهة، زادها ضعفه البيّن في العمل السياسي مقابل التدخل الفض للسياسي في الفعل الثقافي. Entering the duality of the intellectual and the politician, the Problematic expands into a question about the images that appeared and the contents that they produced in contemporary Algeria? And across it, areas of conflict crowd together, raising sub-questions that touch on the issues and fields that were the scene of it. The study ended with results in which it was felt that the Algerian intellectual, or “SI Algerian” was based in the primitiveness of existence, the continuity of fissionism, and the dominance of the technocrat. As for dualism, it excluded society and disrupted the formation of ways to build the intellectual and the political intellectual in particular, While the responsibility of the intellectual remains regarding the distorted Algerian political culture, and his weakness in political action in exchange for political interference in cultural action.
