Item مراسم الاستعراضات العسكرية في عصر الدولة الموحدية(مجلة المفكر جامعة الجزائر2- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-06-15) عميروش نعيمةتتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة من أهم التظاهرات العسكرية التي عرفتها الدولة الموحدية منذ بدايتها، وهي الاستعراض العسكري أو التمييز كما يطلق عليه في المصادر الموحدية، فقد اختصت الدولة الموحدية بتنظيمها لعروض عسكرية حاشدة، يستعرض من خلالها الجيش قواته العسكرية من مختلف الوحدات. فكان الخليفة يحرص على عرض جنده بين الحين والآخر، فيجلس مع حاشيته، وتقبل عليه جميع الوحدات العسكرية المشاركة في العرض من جميع الأنحاء، وكان يستعرض كل يوم طائفة منهم، وتستمر مراسم الاستعراض العسكري عدّة أيام، بحضور جميع الموحدين. تأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة في إبراز الهدف من الاستعراض العسكري والمتمثل في عرض قوة الدولة الموحدية، وإظهار المستوى الرفيع وحداثة الجيش الموحدي خلال العرض العسكري، إذ يستعرض الجند بأسلحته ومعدّاته، بهدف إظهار قوة الجيش الموحدي واستعداده لخوض أي حرب محتملة أمام العدو، كما هدفت الاستعراضات العسكرية إلى توحيد مختلف القبائل والتعبير عن السيادة الموحدية وانفراد الخلفاء الموحدين بالسلطة السياسية والعسكرية، فكانت بمثابة رسالة موجه للحشود المتجمعة من الموحدين This study deals with one of the most important military demonstrations that the State of Almohad has known since its creation, which is the military parade or discrimination as it is called in the sources of Almohad. The Caliph was anxious to organize a military parade from time to time, seated with his entourage, and all the military units participating in the defile come to him from all sides, and he examined every day a group of them, and the ceremony of the military parade continues for several days, in the presence of all the Almohads. The importance of this study comes by emphasizing the objective of the military parade highlighting the purpose of the military parade which is to display the power of the State of Almohad, and to show the high level and modernity of the Almohad army during the military parade, while reviewing the soldiers with their weapons and equipment, with the aim of showing the power of the Almohad army and its willingness to fight any possible war in front of the enemy, as the military parades aimed at to unify the various tribes and express the Almohad sovereignty, and the possession by the successors caliphs of political and military power, it was a message addressed to the crowds gathered from the publicItem شيوع الصنائع والحرف والعادات المنبوذة والمحرّمة من مقدمات سقوط الأندلس(مجلة المفكر جامعة الجزائر2- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-12-21) رافع رضا; تومي نور الدينتتناول هذه الدراسة بالتحليل أثر شيوع بعض المهن والصنائع والأعمال الممقوتة أو المنبوذة، وكذا المحرمة في شرعنا الحنيف في التمهيد لبداية السقوط ولو نسبيا للأراضي الأندلسية في أيدي النصارى، هذه الصنائع والحرف التي بدأت في الانتشار بين العوام في إقليم الأندلس لأسباب عديدة حتى صارت مألوفة بين الناس رغم قبحها أو تحريمها، على غرار التسول وبيع الخمور والدعارة والشعوذة والسحر، وكان ظهورها نتيجة لعوامل عدة جمعت بين السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والديني، وأثر حتى في شخصية الأندلسي وساكنة الأندلس عموما، والذين كانوا لوقت ما يوصفون بالرقي والتحضر، ولو أن التأثير كان بطيئا نسبيا وهو صفة التطوات المجتمعية، إلا أن هذا التغير وجب رصده وتبيينه، بالرغم من ندرة المادة المصدرية المتناثرة في ثنايا المصنفات الأدبية والفقهية والتاريخية.
