البحث الأرغنومي في البلدان النامية

Abstract

في معرض حديثه عن تطور الأرغنوميا، بين بوف (Boff, 2006) أن عمر الأرغنوميا قد شهد أربعة أنواع من الأرغنوميا ظهرت مرتبة كالآتي: الأرغنوميا الفيزيقية، وتركز على تكييف آلات العمل وعدده وأماكنه للقدرات البدنية للإنسان. والأرغنوميا المعرفية، وتركز على تكييف آلات العمل وعدده وأماكنه للقدرات العقلية للإنسان. والأرغنوميا العصبية، وتركز على تطوير التكنولوجيا التعايشية التي يمكن أن تزيد من القدرات البدنية والمعرفية للإنسان. والأرغنوميا البيولوجية، التي تركز على التعزيز البيولوجي لقدرات الإنسان البدنية والوجدانية والمعرفية. أهداف البحث وأسئلته: يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء أولا، على أنواع الأرغنوميا. وعلى ما درسه الباحثون في البلدان المتقدمة صناعيا والبلدان النامية من هذه الأنواع. وسيتم العمل على تحقيق هذين الهدفين من خلال الإجابة عن السؤالين الآتيين: ما هي أنواع الأرغنوميا التي ظهرت في الساحة الأرغنومية؟ وهل درس الباحثون في البلدان المتقدمة صناعيا والبلدان النامية الأنواع سالفة الذكر كلها؟ منهجية البحث: يتم في البحث الحالي اعتماد المنهج الوصفي المسحي، إذ يتم مسح التراث الأدبي للموضوع للإجابة عن اسئلة البحث. وستكون عينة البحث الأوراق العلمية المنشورة في المجلات والمؤتمرات العلمية المحكمة. النتائج المحتملة: يبين كثير من المتتبعين لمسيرة الأرغنوميا في البلدان النامية، أن نوعين على الأكثر من أنواع الأرغنوميا وهما الأرغنوميا الفيزيقية والأرغنوميا المعرفية هما النوعان اللذان يدرسان ويبحثان على نطاق واسع. أما النوعان الأخران وهما الأرغنوميا العصبية والأرغنوميا البيولوجية فهما شبه غائبتين عن الساحة. وفي هذه الحالة، يكون من الضروري الحرص على نشر المعارف الأرغنومية في البلدان النامية خاصة على نطاق واسع من خلال التدريس والبحث

The Ergonomical Research in Developing Countries Speaking of the development of Ergonomics, Boff stated that ergonomics has seen four types as follows: physical Ergonomics that focused on fitting the work and machines, to the physical capabilities of the worker. Cognitive Ergonomics that focused on fitting the work and machines, to the mental capabilities of the worker. Neurological Ergonomics that focused on the development of symbiotic technology that can increase the physical and cognitive abilities of man. Biological Ergonomics, which focuses on biological enhancement of the physical, emotional and cognitive capacity of the human being. (Boff, 2006). Research objectives and questions: The research aims to highlight first, the types of Ergonomics. In addition, on what the researchers studied in the industrially developed countries and the developing countries. These goals will be achieved through answering the following two questions: What are the types of Ergonomics that have emerged in the ergonomics field? Did the researchers in both the industrially developed countries and developing countries study all the above-mentioned types? Research Methodology: In this research, the descriptive method is adopted. The research sample will be scientific papers published in refereed journals and scientific conferences. Possible outcomes: developing countries’ Ergonomists consider two types of Ergonomics: the physical and cognitive Ergonomics. However, the other two types of ergonomics: the neurological and biological Ergonomics are almost absent. In this case, it is necessary to ensure the dissemination of ergonomic knowledge in developing countries, especially on a large scale through teaching, and carrying out scientific and academic research
