Abstract:
تهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة في العمل و الضغط المهني والعلاقة القائمة بينهما، إضافة إلى الكشف عن الفروق في جودة الحياة في العمل و الضغط المهني حسب الجنس، السن و الأقدمية المهنية لدى ممرضي المستشفى الجامعي ندير محمد بتيزي وزو.
من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قمنا بتطبيق مقياس جودة حياة عمل الممرّضين Brooks, (2001)، و الضغط النفسي الإيجابي و السّلبي SPPN, (2001) على (200) ممرض(ة).
لقد أظهرت نتائج بحثنا وجود مستوى متوسّط من جودة الحياة في العمل و الضغط المهني لدى الممرضين، مع وجود علاقة بين هذين المتغيّرين. وفيما يتعلّق بالفروق، فقد توصّلت نتائجنا إلى وجود فروق في جودة حياة عمل الممرّضين حسب السّن لصالح الفئة العمريّة [31-40] سنة، و عدم وجود فروق فيما يتعلّق بالجنس والأقدميّة المهنيّة، أمّا فيما يخص متغير الضغط المهني، فقد أظهرت نتائج دراستنا عدم وجود فروق في الضغط المهني لدى الممرّضين حسب الجنس، السّن والأقدميّة المهنيّة.
This research aims to identify the level of quality of work life and occupational stress, as well as the correlation between these two variables, and to explore the differences in quality of work life and occupational stress according to gender, age, and occupational tenure among (200) nurses at the CHU Nadir Mohamed Hospital in Tizi Ouzou.
In order to conduct our research, we applied the QNWL (Brooks,2001) and SPPN (2001) tests.
The results of our research indicated a moderate level of QNWL and occupational stress, with a correlation between the two variables.
Regarding the differences, the study concluded that significant differences exist in the quality of work life based on age, favoring the (31-40) age group. conversely, no significant differences observed in gender and occupational tenure.
In terms of occupational stress, the findings revealed that there are no significant differences based on gender, age, or occupational tenure.
