علاقة استراتيجيات المواجهة بنوعية الحياة لدى المرضى المصابين بمرض الكرون

Abstract

يتناول البحث الحالي أحد الامراض المزمنة العويصة والمهددة للحياة الذي ازداد انتشاره في السنوات الأخيرة بشكل ملحوظ الا وهو مرض الكرون الذي يعد من الامراض الالتهابية المعوية المزمنة الذي يتميز بآثاره وتبعاته الجسمية والنفسية الاجتماعية الخطيرة والمسؤول عن الكثير من المعاناة والآلام في علاقة مع خصوصية اعراضه. وقد يترتب عن الإصابة بهذا المرض وتدهور في الصحة تغيرات في شخصية المصاب والعديد من المشكلات في التكيف النفسي، مما يدفع بالمريض للجوء الى استخدام أساليب للتحكم في مرضه وضبط الامه، ذلك ما قد ينعكس على نوعية حياته. في هذا الصدد جاء البحث الحالي ليحاول إظهار مدى أهمية العوامل النفسية كاستراتيجيات المواجهة في تحديد نوعية الحياة لدى المرضى المصابين بالكرون، بالتالي يتحدد هدف البحث في الكشف عن العلاقة بين متغيرين هامين وهما استراتيجيات المواجهة ونوعية الحياة والتعرف على البعد السائد في استراتيجيات المواجهة وكذلك مستوى نوعية الحياة. لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في جمع وتحليل البيانات و استعمال أدوات بحث تمثلت في المقابلة نصف موجهة و مقياسي استراتيجيات المواجهة ل «Cousson Gillet et al 1996 » و نوعية الحياة "للمنظمة العالمية للصحة 2004" على عينة متكونة من 50 مريض من كلا الجنسين، تتراوح أعمارهم من 19 الى 60 سنة، و تم تحليل النتائج باستعمال برنامج التحليل الاحصائي .SPSS.22 و قد خلصت نتائج البحث بعدم وجود علاقة بين استراتيجيات المواجهة بكل ابعادها و نوعية الحياة، كما اسفرت الى ان مرضى الكرون يلجؤون الى استخدام كل اشكال الاستراتيجيات لمواجهة الوضعيات الضاغطة المرتبطة بالمرض وبالأخص الاستراتيجيات المركزة حول المشكل كما ان مستوى نوعية حياتهم متدنية.

The current research deals with one of the severe and life threatening chronic diseases whose prevalence has increased significantly in recent years, which is crohn’s disease, which is considered one of the chronic intestinal inflammatory diseases, which is characterized by its serious physical and psychosocial effects and consequences and is responsible for a lot of suffering and pain in relation to its symptoms.Infection with this disease may result in changes in the patients personnality and many problems in psychological adjustment, which prompts the patient to resort to using methods to control his illness and control his pain, which may be reflected in his quality of life. In this regard, the current research came to try to show the extent of the most important psychological factors, such as coping strategies, in determining the quality of life in patients with crohn’s disease. Therefore, the goal of the research is to reveal the relationship between two important variables, which are coping strategies and quality of life, and to identify the dominant dimension in directed strategies, as well as the level of quality of life. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed in colecting and a little data and the use of research toolsrepresented in the interview, half and mesures of coping strategies for”Cousson Gillet et al 1996” and quality of life “of the world health organisation 2004 on a sample of 50 patients of both sexes, aged from 19 to 60 years and he results were analyzed using the statistical analysis program SPSS.22 . The results of the research concluded that there is no relationchip between coping strategies in all its dimension and quality of life, and it also result that crohn’s patients ressort to using all forms of strategies to confront stressful situations associated with the disease, especially strategies focused around the problem, and their quality of life is low.
