الخلاصة:
تُعنى هذه الأطروحة بدراسة وتحقيق القسم الثّاني من مخطوط "نظم الدّر والعِقيان في بيان شرف بني زيان"، للحافظ أبي عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الجليل التّنسي التّلمساني (ت 899ه/ 1494م)، وقد عَنْوَنَ هذا القسم بـ: " فيما يـختصّ بالـمُلْكِ من الخصال وما يليق به من حسن السّيرة وجميل الخلال"، احتوت الأطروحة على قسم الدّراسة وقسم التّحقيق، تضمّن "قسم الدّراسة": مقدّمة، وبابين، تمّ التّطرّق في الأوّل إلى عصر وحياة المؤلّف ومكانته العلمية ومؤلفاته، أمّا الثّاني، فقد احتوى على دراسة القسم الثّاني من المخطوط، بكل ما يتطلبه ذلك من عناصر، مع التّركيز على تِبيان النُّسخ المخطوطة المعتمد عليها والمنهج المتبّع في التّحقيق. وفيما يخصّ "قسم التّحقيق"، فقد احتوى على الأبواب الثّلاثة الّتي ارتضاها المؤَلِّف: الأوّل: في السّياسة. الثّاني: في الخصال الّتي بها كمال الملك، وهي ثلاثة: الجود، الشّجاعة، الحلم. الثّالث: في الخصلة الّتي هي روح خصال الملك المحمودة، أي: العدل والتوكّل على الله. وقد زودت الأطروحة بالملاحق الضرورية.
This thesis is concerned with the study and investigation of the second part of the manuscript " Noudhm A-dur Wa Al-okyane fi Bayane Sharaf Bani Zayane "of Al-hafed Abi Abdullah Muhammad ben Abdullah ben Abdul Jalil al-Tensy Al-telemsani (d. 899 Ah/ 1494 ad), and he titled This part: "concerning the qualities of the "Fima yakhoussu belmulk min alkhisaal wa ma yaleeq bihi min husni alsira wa jameel alkhilaal" the thesis consisted of the study part and the investigation part, the "study part"included:the introduction and two sections The first dealt with the era and life of the author, his scientific status and his writings, and the second included the study of the second part of the manuscript, with all the required elements, focusing on the identification of the manuscript copies relied on and the method followed in the investigation. As far as the" investigation section" is concerned, it consisted of the three sections that the author was satisfied with: the first: in politics. The second: in the qualities that have the perfection of the King, which are: justice, courage, patience. Third: in the trait that is the spirit of the King's commendable qualities, namely: Justice and counting on Allah. The thesis was provided with the necessary references
