Résumé:
The monodrama is a theatrical text in which the writer embodies a
certain idea and highlights it through one main character that drives the
events and the rest of the characters of the play are on the tongue.
we tried to present, through this research, an analytical study by
applying the descriptive-analytical approach of the monodrama “witness of
the empty Tomb” by the Iraqi writer Mahmoud Abu Al-Abbas, that enables
us to trace the action in this monodramatic text step by step, so that we study the mechanisms of dramatic construction and how they were
embodied by the writer.
