They encouraged action and the fight against laziness in every field of struggle and national activism. . one of the most famous poets who sang about the Algerian revolution. In this study, we aim to uncover the methods of depicting prison scenes and revolution schemes in his poetry. إن أناشيدنا وأشعارنا الوطنية قبل الثورة على اختلاف ناظميها ومنشديها كانت عموما إرهاصات وتكهنات بالحرية والاستقلال، أو دعوات حارة لهما، بالتصريح تارة، وبالتلويح تارة أخرى، وتحثّ من اجلهما على العمل ومحاربة الكسل في كل ميدان من ميادين النشاط النضالي والكفاح الوطني،و يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تمظهرات الثورة الجزائرية و صور الحياة في سجون المستعمر و كذا مخططات الثورة الجزائرية و طرق تمكنها من تحقيق أهدافها ،لنصل في النهاية إلى كيفيات البناء الفني و اللغوي التي استطاع بها الشاعر أن يقدم الثورة الجزائرية للمتلقي.Item فرنسا ومشروع "الصحراء" مابني1920و:1957 رسم الحدود و الأثر(مجلة مدارات تاريخية, 2021-06-30)برزت أمهية الصحراء يف األجندة االستعمارية الفرنسية، بعدا كتشاف الثروات الباطنية، و يف هذا اإلطار جاءت املشاريع الفرنسية، من أجل إنشاء أطر التثمني الصحراء الفرنسية اقتصاداي، إبجراء إصالح عميق من أجل إعادة تقسيم وتنظيم الصحراء بربوز مصطلح الفصل أي فصل اجلنوب اجلزائري عن مشاهلا، من أجل تنمية »الصحراءالفرنسية«، من خالل استغالل ثرواهتا يف إطار وحدة إدارية سياسية، فطرحت مسألة تنظيم احلدود مشكلة يف غاية الصعوبة والتعقيد، لتيين فكرة املسار االقتصادي واالثين لألهايل كمعيار للتقسيم اإلداري ألراضي الصحراء. Developed countries have proactively addressed this issue, investing in specialized training and establishing professional associations. Consequently, these efforts have elevated the status of archivists. In line with this, the Algerian state has endeavored to enhance the recognition of the archival profession by bolstering legislative measures. However, the lack of attention from administrative authorities responsible for the archival sector, along with the indifference of archivists themselves, has hindered progress in this regard.Item المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية في ظل العصر الرقمي: دراسة الواقع مع اقتراح خطة عمل لتطويرها(مجلة العلوم الاجتماعية و الانسانية, 2022-06-28) واحمد, لاميةيهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة واقع المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية في ظل العصر الرقمي مع اقتراح خطة عمل لتطويرها، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الرباعي SWOT, ) Weaknesses, Strengths Threats, Opportunities ) الذي سمح لنا التعرف على كل من البيئة الداخلية للمكتبة وذلك باستخراج مواطن القوة ومواطن الضعف والتعرف على البيئة الخارجية وما تشتمل عليه من فرص وتحديات، فاستعانا بأدوات بحثية (الاستبيان/ المقابلة/الملاحظة) لجمع البيانات حول ميدان الدراسة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية لازالت تتخبط في مشاكل إدارية ومشاكل إعادة التألية حيث أ ا بعيدة كل البعد عن التطورات التكنولوجية الحالية مثل جمعها وحفظها للتراث الرقمي وحضورها على شبكة الإنترنت عن طريق البوابات وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، فمن النتائج المتحصل عليها، قمنا باقتراح خطة عمل شاملة لتطوير المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية مع احتر ام معيار إعداد المشاريع في مجال تكنولوجيات المعلومات 1058 std IEEE This work aims at studying the reality of the Algerian National Library in the light of the digital age, with a proposal of plan of action to develop it. And to achieve this we use an analytical quartet approach (SWOT- Threats- Opportunities- Weaknesses- Strengths) that allowed us to know the internal environment of the library by extracting the strengths and weaknesses, and what includes as opportunities and challenges. We use research tools (questionnaire - interview - observation) to collect data of the field study. The results of study came to the Algerian National Library is still wandering the administrative problems and mechanism problems, and it is so far from the modern technological developments such as the collection and preservation of digital heritage and its presence on the internet through webcasts and social media. From the obtained results, we have to propose a comprehensive action plan to develop the Algerian National Library with respect of standard to prepare projects in the field of information technology IEEE std 105
